Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your product and you want to return or exchange it, you must contact us within 14 days of your purchase. 

The items must be in their original condition, with tags still attached. If the item has been worn or damaged we cannot offer you a return/exchange or credit note.

Please state your reason for returning, which items you will be returning and your order number.

Please note that Tainted Rainbow will not be responsible for return shipping costs. 

We advise you to ship it with recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us. We have a UK address which can be used for returns to save you from posting to Germany if you are UK based.
